Using the website enquiry form is voluntary. Fields marked as required must be completed for the form to be submitted. If you do not provide the required information, we may be unable to receive or respond to your enquiry through the website.
Why we process personal information
We process personal information to receive and respond to enquiries, assess how we may assist, communicate with prospective and existing clients, prepare for or perform professional engagements, administer client relationships, maintain appropriate records, protect our systems and comply with applicable legal, regulatory and professional obligations.
Website enquiry records and notifications
Valid website enquiries are stored in a protected WordPress administration area so that VSB retains a record of the enquiry even if an email notification is delayed or unavailable. Notification copies may also be sent by email to authorised VSB recipients. Website enquiries are not made publicly available through the website.
Affiliated businesses
VSB works alongside a number of affiliated specialist businesses providing complementary services. Each business is a separate legal entity. Where your enquiry relates to a service provided by an affiliated business, relevant information may be shared with that business so that the enquiry can be assessed or the requested service can be provided. An affiliated business may process that information in accordance with its own legal and regulatory obligations.
Service providers and transfers
Personal information may be processed by service providers that support our website hosting, email, communications, technology, security, professional work or administration.
